Wine Industry Advisor reports that Bouchaine Vineyards has broken ground on a new 5,000-square-foot winery cave in Napa’s Carneros region, designed by Backen & Backen Architects with Wright Contracting. Seamlessly integrated into the hillside, the cave will feature arched corridors, a triple barrel-vaulted tasting hall for up to 80 guests, and courtyards overlooking the vineyards and San Francisco Bay.
